Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks, washed
  • Carrots, washed, peeled, and grated. To save time, you can buy shredded carrots in the produce section of most grocery stores.
  • Shredded wheat, crushed
  • Peanut butter

Equipment:

  • Knife
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Peeler
  • Grater
  • Zip-top bags

Directions:

  1. Mix equal amounts of carrots, shredded wheat, and peanut butter in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture into celery stalks.
  3. Cut in half.

To Serve:

  • Put two stalks in a zip-top bag. Press the inside of the mixture-filled stalks together to create logs and prevent a sticky mess.

Fun Fact: Carrots are a great source of vitamin A, which helps to keep your eyes healthy!
