Directions:
- Preheat
oven to 300° F.
- Mix oatmeal,
wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon, brown sugar, and powdered milk
in a large mixing bowl.
- Add honey,
oil, and vanilla.
- Mix well,
coating all dry ingredients.
- Spread mixture
into the pan.
- Bake for
20 minutes, but check every 5 minutes and stir.
To
Serve:
- Pack individual
serving sizes in zip-top bags.
