Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
F.
- Chop nuts in blender
and place in large bowl.
- Chop dried fruit
in blender and add to chopped nuts in large bowl.
- Add bananas, vanilla,
vegetable oil, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon to bowl and mix
well.
- Let mixture sit for
5 minutes.
- Using a spoon, place
spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet.
- Flatten each mound
of dough with a fork.
- Bake dough for 20
minutes.
- Remove cookies from
oven and let cool.
To
Serve:
- Package
each cookie into a zip-top bag.
