of low fat cheese

vegetables (Try chopped broccoli, sliced peppers,
onion or mushrooms)

Directions:
- Slice English muffin
in half, lightly toast if desired.
- Cut tomato into slices.
- Add one slice of
tomatoes to each English muffin.
- Layer one piece of
cheese on each half.
- Add any
of your favorite veggies.
To
Serve:
- Wrap each
half in foil.
- Place the
pizza with a frozen water bottle or ice pack in an insulated container
to keep it cool on the trail.
