Ingredients:
- 3 cups
miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp
butter, margarine, or spread (spread must have more
than 65% vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup
creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups
toasted oats cereal
- 1/2 cup
diced dried fruit, dried berries, or raisins
- 1/3 cup
nuts

Directions:
- Cover baking sheet
with wax paper.
- Heat marshmallows
and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly with
a wooden spoon, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter.
Remove from heat.
- Stir in toasted oats,
dried fruit, dried berries, or raisins, and nuts until evenly
coated.
- Let stand about 2
minutes or until the mixture is cool enough to handle.
- Shape mixture into
balls (about the size of a small orange), using clean hands.
- Insert wooden stick
into the center of each ball.
- Place on baking sheet
lined with wax paper. Let stand about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Wrap balls in plastic
wrap.
