Directions:

blender and mix until frothy.
- Pour into
a sealable plastic container and freeze at least two hours or
overnight.

Serve:
- Take your
smoothie out of the freezer before hiking. It should be the perfect
consistency and a refreshing temperature on the trail. Pack the
smoothie with a frozen water bottle or ice pack in an insulated
container to keep it cold on the trail.
Variations:
- Create your own smoothie with some
of your favorite fruits! Add bran flakes or oatmeal for extra fiber!
